Sounds like it could be an ADA issue. Reasonable accomodation must be made for disabilities, and this sounds like it would qualify. Talk to your HR department.

Yeah, that sounds like a problem. If there's a human relations department, you could try going to them. Or you could ask him directly if he has a concern with you. However, law suits don't usually work, take years to fight, and generally aren't worth it, if you're thinking that.
