two years is a long time...but not a lifetime...depends on how much you care about him and how much you are willing to put up with...I was with a man who was sentenced to 15yrs...do 7...and I was going to wait but he changed....he became very obsessive/possesive....for example if I didn't get a chance to go see him like told him I would he would freak out and accuse me of things and it just became a mess...but if really love him and he really trusts you ...try it....you aren't gonna lose anything but time...and really that's all relationships are...time

First stting your standaards that low as to wait for some criminal, I know he's your boyfriend, but damn near 100% of people in jail now will end up there again you going to put yourself through that for the rest of your life, Leave him now you will be so much happier. What he did to get there is of no importance the fact that he is there is all that matters. Let me ask you this if you were in jail for two years do you really really 100% believe he would be completely faithfull to you or wait for you at all? lasty you do not get 2 years for speeding and that is not stupid because people who constantly speed are the ones putting our lives in danger every single day. He had to of done something worse that something stupid like speeding

I've never heard of anyone going to jail for 2 years just for speeding. Even the article I read about a guy going 120 in a 25 mph school zone - he got 8 months.
I could stay by someone in jail for 1 reason. Involuntary manslaughter, such as a car accident or something similar.

He probably went there for a reason. Usually if it is a first offense, the judge will let them off without going to jail. This indicates it is a second offense. The greatest majority of the guys who have been in prison return to prison. You would probably be well advised to find someone else.

No. Honestly, if you were dead serious about your boyfriend, you would probably be married.
Forget about him, and find someone who causes less trouble and worries in your life. You don't want to be 30, home alone with 3 kids, and have a husband in prison for doing something.
Like many say, there's plenty of fish in the sea, go for one that has less of a chance of ruining your life.

I would say no. Only because I have been there and done that and it is not worth the wait. When they get out they either go back or just cant get enough of the streets

most of the poeple I know that have been in jail, find themselves back in a few years, because they never got over whatever dumb act it was that they did before. (pot, debt ducking, car stealing)
Nope, I wouldn't. I'd be lookin farther up the ladder away from legal trouble.

Understand that you're chasing after a feeling and not a person.

If I didn't think I was worth more than to be a ex-con's girlfriend, I guess so.
