Why are radical Christians (along with many other groups pertaining to religion) so quick to push their views on the rest of us?
Aren't they supposed to be free to make their own choices?
Isn't it their own right to burn in hell?
And the bible doesn't count as a referance in my book, so spare me.

Mkay, and I'm not atheist, just to let you know. So you don't make yourself look stupid.
I'm just wondering why people push their views on everyone else.

What you know for sure you tend to share only on request.
Some things are so deep seededly basic to your world view you don't even know that they're assumptions on your part. These ideas you don't even know to talk about. As far as you're concerned they just are, no discussion needed.
The only things you feel the need to convince others about are
1) things you're unsure of yourself. On a deep level you know that reality is a consensus so if enough people believe and little or no one doubts an idea it is for all intensive purposes real.
2) Total or mostly male bovine exhaust that could make you money with minimal effort.
Most radical Christians are 1's or 2's

So what counts as a "reference book" in your view?
Have you seriously considered the reliability of the bible? Ignore for the moment the whole notion of God and just think about the book's content.
Investigation by even the most skeptical will also reveal that there exists NO SINGLE SCIENTIFIC DISCOVERY that has been shown to prove error, factually or doctrinally, in the Bible. There is lots of speculation and hypotheses, but not a single verifiable fact. If you or anyone should discover one, you will become quite famous. Yet, since recorded history, no one has offered it up and entered their names into the history books. Instead what we have is pseudo-science pandering to the masses, as in the recent John Cameron tomb of Christ debacle.
As a simple experiment, try turning your objective intellect towards the argument that no book, comprising 66 “mini-books”, written over a period of 1500 years by 40 vastly different authors, having an outstanding literary internal consistency and coherency, could be written by mankind alone. The bible’s authors ranged from high government officials, peasants, military officers, and fishermen, to a prime minister, a cupbearer for a king, religious teachers, and others.
Add to that the survival of the book’s ancient manuscripts, numbering in the tens of thousands, over thousands of years and yet these manuscripts remain over 98% textually pure. How this possible, when compared to all the other ancient writings are so few in number? For instance, the Dead Sea Scrolls contain all books of the Old Testament, except Esther, and have been dated to before the time of Christ. The earliest copy of Homer's Iliad dates to 500 BC, some 500 years after it was written. Only 643 copies of Illiad exist. The earliest copy of Ceasar's The Gallic Wars dates to 900 AD, some 1,000 years after it was written. Only 10 copies exist.
In comparison, there are over 24,000+ New Testament manuscripts, the earliest one dating to within 24 years after Christ. Now why would we accept the authenticity of Homer's or Caesar's writings and not the New Testament manuscripts? How can we objectively and rationally explain this book, the Bible, especially in light of the claims I have made above?

Biblically speaking the Bible says to go out and make disciples that means speaking the word and witnessing to someone always. We are commanded by the word to do it. That is a Christians belief. I will not put you down for whatever it is you do or do not do and if I should ever say something to you and you are not interested just ask and i will stop. We are not radicals or zealots. we are in the spirit of Gods word and want to obey. We will do what is asked and will do it joyfully but will not do it in such a way that we offend. As they say you do not pick the fruit until it is ripe and so it goes with getting disciples. You can not make someone come to God if they are not ready they have to be ripe to the idea before they will ever hear what you are saying. Sorry about the Bible reference but I do believe in it and it is a reference book to me the one and only for it is God's word.

Were quick because, you never know when God will return.
We are but were trying to save u
No, its not. Being saved is a way to god and out of hell. It's your right to whether you want to choose that destiny or not. And I would hope you would stat choosing befoe its to late for you.
Im sorry it doesn't. But if you need proof of the Bible, what a lot of Athiest dont relize is that there is proof on earth.
Sorry another religious question for you...
Why is it so easy to believe science is the reason for all of this more then God. You have proof up until the world was created...but what about before that! How did the sun and everything get here in the first place. Something had to create them, and it sure as crap isn't the monkey you thought us up to have evolved from.
Much love to you babe. Only God can help you. And I would suggest starting to read from the bible, and putting down your science book. Trust me, its far more intresting

The reason a Christian would share their belief and knowledge they have is because we are told to share the message of Love through out the world to the ends of the earth with every person. The reason someone would be radical would be for ego self. Some people like myself Love Jesus and wish to share his words on how to Live this life for the next.

I am sure glad atheists aren't pushing their views, calling us stupid, etc. Does being a Christian keep you from having an opinion? Expressing it? If I saw a car speeding toward you, would you want me to keep quiet and enjoy the splatter? Yes, it is your right to burn in hell, but it is our responsibility to be sure it doesn't come as a surprise to you. My advice is that you stop playing on the computer and get out and have non-stop fun, 'cause this is as good as it gets for you.

"Sorry, another religious question"
--Well, this is the religion and spirituality section. I mean, we are kind of expecting it - lol
"Why are radical Christians...so quick to push their views on the rest of us?"
--They think they are right and if they were, you would be burning in hell. I think they're trying to save you. Also, if you disagree with them it poses a threat to their thinking.

you are free to make your own choices and quite frankly, as a christian, i believe my own brethren do more harm to christianity than just about anyone, because they are quick to tell everyone what THEY THINK Gods will is via there particular dogma... God basically asks 2 things... love Him-love each other --- and if you choose not to love him at least try to be at peace with others ... you are free to choose its His gift to you
