We must learn all lessons. It is not necessary to become all things; but, the life lesson that they are learning we also most learn or must have learned during one of our lifetimes. The easiest way (in my humble opinion) to avoid becoming that which we do not like is to identify with it. See it is not these spirits you do not like. It is a trait within them you see as flawed. Come to terms with it see that it is in all to some degree. Take the steps to overcome it so that you can deal with it in this lifetime. Otherwise I fear you may choose to rebirth in a form that makes you deal with it on a very personal level.
