What makes your eye twitch? I'm not talking about huge spasms or whatever, just little eye twitches. :)

Basically, fatigue and stress in 99% of cases.

The correct and useless advice is "try to cultivate a more relaxed lifestyle."

Sometimes there is marginal calcium deficiency.
Fresh tomato juice can help (drunk, not in the eye. This has to be said, because some people...)
If you can't stand tomato juice, bananas are the next best bet.

In the absence of other symptoms, serious calcium deficiency is not the first thought, though nana is right that it is a possibility.

Too Easy...You are having nerve reflexes due to something. Now this could anything. Others keep saying stress and knowing you that's a
HUGE possibility, however it could just be your nervous system just reacting to something new or different. No matter what it is actually is you just need to realize that your body is telling you something isn't normal and you it wants you to fix it or accept it.

Under stress, anxiety, or tiredness. That's a sign your body is telling you to take a break or sleep.

When I got them there was always some corresponding increase in stress in my life. Worrying & stress would be my guess.
