Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.ezunderstand.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Concentrate on heavy movements like squats, bench presses, dead-lifts, standing presses, bent rows, etc.
Use heavy weights and low reps (after a good warm-up).
The warm-up is very important. You want to be able to go from warm-up directly to heavy weights.

For example, let's say you can bench 200lbs for 1 rep.
Start with 1x25 with 100lbs. for your warm-up.
Go to 1x8 for 135
1x6 for 155
1x5 for 175
1x5 for 185.
You can do something similar for the other exercises.
About once a month you can try you single rep to check on progress with the squat, dead-lift and bench press and even the standing press.( Don't worry about one rep sets for exercises like a bent row).

Most people will get "thick" with this type of routine but not the massive look of a body builder.

P.S. When we were using this routine, it was thought that unless the total amount lifted for one rep in the bench, squat and dead-lift was greater than 5 times your body weight, you were not strong.

Example; you weigh 146 (x5) = 730lbs.
730/3= approx 244lbs.
You should average 244lbs. in all three exercises. Of course, your squat and dead-lift should be proportionately higher than your bench press, but I'm sure you get the idea.

Well there is two types of strong. Physically strong and Mentally stong - which in my opinon is better. Mentally stronger people always seem more determined than than physically stronger people. Think about it.

lightweight, high reps. Higher weight will build muscle more rapidly, while lower weight will tone and strengthen muscles better.
