I think she is interested, and probably shy. So if you are interested then you should approach her.

well usually when a girl likes u she will stare at u from across the room and she will make up excuses just to get close to u. but from wut i can tell she defiently dont hate u. if she hated u she wouldnt even care about getting close to u and she wouldnt stare at u all the time. trust me on this she most likely does like u and if u ask her and she say no then she probably is just lyin. girls do that all the time.

but i think she has an interest in you. it maynot be love, but it can happen one day.
I think she is tryin to get to kno u better, so maybe u should ease up a bit, and let her in. It'll b easier to tell once u've done that..

this happens to me too, well only with guys, this is how i got a boyfriend, :)
well when she gets near you does she talk to you, or does she just stand there awkwardly?
cause if she talks, she might like you
and if she stands awkwardly she might like you, and is just to shy.
next time she stands close to you, talk to her, and get to know her.

to me it sounds like she does but it all depends on your feelings for her if you like her talk to her and start with being friends and if she likes you hopefully you become boyfriend and girlfriend.but like i said it all depends on your feelings
