hey im a teen n dont have the money to buy stuff just give me a routine thats easy to follow hey i am a teen please n thank ( i have a big party i have to go to ) loves

Mornings:
Run 45-60 minutes
-Drink hot water w/ lemon
-Eat as much fruit as you want (except bananas and watermelon)

Afternoons:
Do aerobic exercises (go to www.self.com for some great workouts)
-Eat PLAIN grilled chicken with some veggies
-Drink Water

Evenings:
Run 45-60 minutes
-Eat cereal OR oatmeal (this MUST be the smallest meal of your day!!!!!!)

Remember to drink PLENTLY of water throughout the day, and don't over do it... It is possible, though!!!!!

This really depends on your height and current weight, but simple suggestions would be portion control and toning exercise.

Go for a jog as many times a week as you can manage. Do sit ups & jumping jacks. Make sure you stay hydrated and stretch before doing rigorous exercise. If you're not very athletic, try dancing to fun music.

For food, cut back on junk food, drink water instead of soda, and when eating, only eat until you're almost full. Don't eat until you're bloated or you won't lose any weight.

Average Day

BreakFast-Low sugar/fat/sodiem cerials
With 1% milk After a little bit do a mourning Jog.Try out some healthy cerials and pick your favorites.Or whole wheat Toaste with fresh jam

(Snack)Only use snacks if your hungrys never "resist" being hungry. Breakfest bar or Granuel bar try for low fat ones.

Lunch:(OPTIONS)Low fat yogart,NO FAST FOOD,NO TRANS FAT,Sandwhich Whole Wheat and low fat ingrdients)Don't eat processed foods (froven meals, canned foods, or at least limit your in take.Try ceaser saleds you don't have to use the low fat dressing if it taste disgusting because you'll never pull it off if if you hate what your eating.Try to be Active do stuff....dont sit on myspace all day talking to (whatever) go to the mall with whatever). Go to the moives do more stuff!!! Do atleast one exersise here, like

Walking (30 min)

Joging (10 min)

50 Sit ups

Dinner: Relax you'v gone threw a day of healthy dieting congrats. Sit down and eat till your full, no more, no less,As long as you stay away from Trans fats a saterated fats.You will suceed.LAST TIP stay relaxed being stressed makes you gain weight.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

you don't say if you want to loose or gain 40lbs, if you want to gain just load up on carbs & double your calories,

if you want to loose, just walk & exercise for at least 30minutes every day, cut your calories to about 1500 per day and eat as many non starchy vegi's as you want. Totally cut out sugar..... if it's white don't eat it.... its either sugar or starch that will turn to sugar.

Drink 8-10 8oz glasses of water per day.
