Maybe they do not find such passages of the Koran very endearing:
The unbelievers among the People of the Book and the pagans shall burn for ever in the fire of Hell. They are the vilest of all creatures. (Koran 98:1-8)
O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians for friends. They are friends one to another. He among you who taketh them for friends is (one) of them. Lo! Allah guideth not wrongdoing folk." [Koran al-Ma'idah 5:51.11]
Fight against those who believe not in Allah, and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth [Islam], until they are subdued.
Koran Surat At-Taubah 9:29
You can say that it was taken out of context all you like but I can see why Osama interprets it the way he does becasue I read it the same way he does.

Well most of the (western) world has evolved beyond centuries old supersitious religions and rightly critizise zealots of any faith. Of course many profess to be christian and whatnot out here but with all the higher education and everything most realize deep inside that religion is mostly nonsense.

No matter what you do or do not worship--- if the group identity you claim is one that is hostile, even murderous, towards the other group---individuals of the other group are bound to renounce you. And incidentally, calling Christians "The People of The Book" won't gain you any merit whatsoever.

Because Islam is so very wrong. Abraham was not a prophet.
He was truly a man of God but he did not no teachings. The Bible states that.I am a Little tired of the bashing here against Christians.

If Allah was the God of Abraham he would agree with the Abraham, Moses, Isaiah and Jesus would he not? Muhamamd understood that a prophet of God must agree with the prophets of God and the word of God..It is why the Qu'ran teaches that the Bible is the word of God and his word can not be changed...the problem you have is Allah is not in agreement with the word of God nor the prophets of God...Abraham taught the atonement...How is Allah is the God of Abraham and the Bible but disagrees with them? Moses taught the tree of life...Is that in your Qu'ran? If Allah is not in agreement with the God before him he is not the God that was before Muhammad. The Qu'ran says he is author of the book and no one can change his word...Allah has MPD then.
