That depends on the type of handgun.

If you're going to be wearing lycra, spandex, compression shorts and other form hugging apparel, you've got two options.

1) Carry a small gun in a holster that breaks up its outline. An example would be a Kel-Tec P3AT in a pocket holster, like this one: http://www.desantisholster.com/n38.html

2) Carry a medium or full-sized gun in an ***-satchel, preferably one that's designed for concealed carry. An example might be a S&W 642 revolver, or a 1911, in a pack like this one: http://www.copsplus.com/prodnum1167.php

For clothes that fill more loosely, you could wear the SmartCarry or Thunderwear holster. It's a pocket that attaches around your waist, and is tucked into the front of yiour pants. Works best for slim semi-auto pistols. Link: http://www.smartcarry.com/

If you're willing to wear your pants and belt a size up, you can also get a deep concealment IWB (inside waistband) holster that allows you to tuck your shirt in: http://www.crossbreedholsters.com/beltslide.html

For a second gun, I'd say pocket holster, from Uncle Mike's or Kramer Leather, or an ankle holster, you are on your own finding a comfortable one.
