Pulsing sensation, viewable to others?

Hello,

Sometimes in my neck in the big vein, I get an intense pulsing with a headache and others can see my pulse in my vein beating hard! This last for about 20 seconds or so.

Anyone know what this could be?

I have seen this on other people Adam, both men and women.
The difference is that they dont seem to notice it. For me, I watch out for these telltale stress signs when I am conversing with people.

It can be brought on by excitement, anger, irritation, annoyance, lying and fibbing, anything actually that would cause a rise in blood pressure.

It is worrisome that yours will bring on a headache. Try asking your cardiologist for a stress test.
