Your question is interesting in that you seem to be stating that non-belief is prima facie less rational. If you don't feel the need to believe a more interesting question might be, "why do so many others need to believe to live a fulfilled life?"

Because you have found a way of life that is balanced and fulfilling without faith. Not everyone is meant to do and be the same as everyone else. It doesn't make you worse or better than anyone else or smarter or more deluded than anyone else. It just means you are yourself.

Because you are being decieved. you may think you are completely happy but in reality you probably aren't. there is a spiritual war around us all the time. Without the wisdom or protection of God you can be easily tricked and are a fool. You probably think that you are happy with your video games or sports or whatever but the demons around you are telling you that you don't need God you are happy enough already. I suggest you read the Bible or go to church.

You are happy as you are, you probably have a nice house, good friends etc. But things may change, and if you ever find yourself uncontent with the physical things you have, give God a thought. Also, you most likely do not fear death and therefore do not desire eternal life.

Because you have doubt and are a very literal thinker. You try not to think outside of the box because you are scared about the future and what will come when your life ends. So, you ignore those thoughts and just live in the present and enjoy your life how it is.

Because you are (I'm willing to wager) very young and have not yet realized that the things of this world do not bring fulfillment in the truest sense. What the world offers is often tainted...and fleeting at best....and downright distructive at its worst.
