since i'm a girl, would I say "La Una Y Solamente"?

the girl above is correct,i would say la unica which would mean you are the last one

yes that would be a direct translation but 'the one and only' is truly an idiomatic expression so in spanish 'la una y solamente' wouldnt really make sence. if you wanted to say something similar to that it would be 'la unica' which is the unique one or the only one

yeah i didnt put any accents, im lazy lol. but thats correct to mean the only one. [[with an accent above the 'u']]

La única is correct to mean "the only one". It doesn't mean the last one as suggested by the third person. The last one is la última.
