you dont need any weights to lose fat because the only fat burning exercise is cardio (running, swimming, elliptical, jogging, cycling etc.)- it burns fat all over your body - you cant spot reduce body fat - do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat)

I have two excersices for you: pushups and dips. Do pushups on the floor, 2 sets of ten. Then do a set of uneven pushups by placing 2 large books under one hand. Then do a set of decline pushups by placing your feet on the bed and change it up wih incline- hands of the bed and feet on the floor. Working out a different angles will tone different aspects of your chest. AFter this place a chair leg's length from your bed, put you feet on the chair and you hands on the bed. Lower your self untill you elbows are 90 degrees. This will work you triceps as well as your chest. Do them slowly for best results and as many as you can. And you need cardio, you have to run often to burn off the fat. Hope this stuff helps.

Do bridges...where you get down on the ground and spread your feet apart at shoulder-width length and then put the backs of your arms on the ground too (at shoulder-width length also) and then bring your whole body up for a minute. Do sets of 8!

Good luck! ;-)
