.......Neale Donald Walsch ???
website is "cwg.com" . He twists the Word of God into something , that it is not. He promotes sex in every form. He uses scripture in his books to confuse those that don't have enough decernment to know good from evil.

Satan's favorite strategy - turn the Truth of God into a lie. It's sick. But these guys are right, it won't be much longer now. Jesus will come back soon, and then, things will be put right again.

"He twists the Word of God into something , that it is not."

Not like the so-called 'Christian' churches, you mean ?

There is nothing wrong with Neale's work, it is honest and doesn't claim to be anything it isn't. It most certainly isn't a 'new religion', it's mostly a fresh look at old ones, at real 'spirituality', and tries to find ways to give people back the power that those in both secular and religious 'authority' have stripped away to their own scurrilous ends, for thousands of years.

Oh, and by the way, which religion bans sex ? You mean the one that forbids their priests to have natural union with a spouse, but effectively aids and abets them when they commit gross acts of sexual abuse on young children placed in their hands because of their positions ?

Sex is natural, and the means by which we, as a mammalian species, provide for our future existence. Done 'right', it can even be fun, now tell me that your God didn't 'design' it to be that way.

One thing is clear to me if just ten percent of the people currently living on this planet read all of Neale's books, this world could not but be a better place, which cannot be a 'bad' thing.

As proven by a good number of the religious users on here, it seems that many religions twist bits & pieces of the "Word of God" and pick & choose which parts to keep to fit the religion they want. That's why you get those quirky little additions that seperate each version of christianity just enough to make them condemn eachother(the radical ones anyway). I'm not saying this one is similar because I don't know a lot about it, but there are many ways to interpret things to serve one's purpose. Let people get duped into following this version of it if it makes them feel better.

Nope, but a new one shows up every hour or two and the old standards get a little more goosey daily.

In hardly 40 years the world population will be about 9.1 billion; up from today's 6.7 billion. So 2.4 billion in one generation!!!

If you think things are twisted now, wait a few weeks.

Any religion that says I can harness, control or direct God is false.

If I could do that, then HE would not be God. I would be in control not Him - and that's siimilar to the ruse the serpent used on Eve & Adam.

Actually I have heard teaching dangerously close to this in some Christian churches.

Might as well just say "Use the Force, Luke."'
