creative camp prank ideas?

i'm looking for good original ideas for pranks at a camp i work at. things have been done, but i'm all about being off the wall. and my brain is a bit fried this summer. :-)
so to work with: there are cabins, woods, pool, dining hall, meeting hall, laundry room, office, farm, nature lodge, campfire circle, ropes course, pond w/ canoes, horse corral, sports fields/courts, playground, housing for leadership, flagpole, public bathrooms, pavilions, woods, .... post me your ideas. big or small. thanks!

1. In the laundry room, reverse the HOT and COLD lines on the washer. Most wash with COLD and will shrink their clothes. 2. Another idea is for pour bleach in the washers and watch as someone goes to wash their brights and colors. 3. Go into a cabin and cut the ends out of every pair of socks. Watch as they pull their socks up to their knees. This has happened to me many times as a camp counselor. 4. While in a cutting mood, try cutting everyone shoelaces almost in two. When attempting to tie, they break off and everyone has irritating knots in their laces. 5. Mix up everyone's clothes in a cabin and put them in each others' luggage. Mis-match everyone's shoes and hide one or two elsewhere. Last week, I lost one of my favorite tops, and someone has a practically new women's size 8 1/2 AA left NuBalance sneaker in their bag. If you find it, please let me know.

I used to have a large black rubber snake that I would set right outside the tent flap. Then I'd make some noises to get the person to come out. (It worked better when it wasn't too dark, or light.) Every year we had a very large group who went camping together. The one year there was an Irishman who drank from morning til he passed out at night. He was the lucky recipient for the snake this year. When he came to in the morning, started to exit his tent, and saw it right there. He almost messed his pants. It was great. He has never gone camping with us again. A scary mask is also great. Have somebody leave the campfire story quietly like they're going to bed. When the story hits the scary part, the masked person jumps in the circle or whatever, screaming. You can't do this to a squeamish person, or they'll have nightmares all night. Another prank is to get a scary mask, puy some cellophane across the toilet bowl under the lid. Now place the mask on the cellophane, close the lid. When somebody goes to use the toilet, they will have to lift the lid, and when they do, surprise!!!!!

Well and easy one would be telling them that there is something on them in the forest, but some fun ones would be

-If someone is taking a shower yell "FIRE" watch em run out.
-At night get a racoon in there cabin
-In some place maybe the woods or pond, say you have something on your hands (maybe put jam or something) and rub it on them sometime in the evening so they can't make out what it really is.
-You could always try bringing them outside if they're a heavy sleeper at night.
-This isn't much of a prank, more of a mean thing to do but SHAVE THEM. like one of their eye brows, but that's too mean
-Tripping works but it's either too soft or too mean at times
-If you're playing basketball or football, miss the pass and hit them

while someone is taking a bath in the bathroom enter and yell emergencie and have them run out of the bathroom naked and tell them u r all meeting in the woods and stick around and watch them come back naked or bit by something
