I have been told that many Gay people have tried to have a straight relationship but deep down they knew they were Gay, and they just couldn't feel like that for the opposite sex, and it would be way easier to be straight then to receive all the bigotry against them.
I could not even imagine the bigotry and etc..they face.
but If someone is Bisexual that means they are Gay . So then it's a choice right?
I mean it's not Biological but a choice then?
and one other Question; why do people try to make it religiously correct to be Gay, when the bible is perfectly clear that it's not Biblically correct, why not say I'm Gay and not try to put God's Amen on it?

jason h....I'd love my child no matter what, but because of my "faith" I'd tell them the truth, and would not condone it, praying they would accept it, if not that's their own choice, they have to make between them and God. Just as if they rejected Jesus for any other reason. I can't or would not force them or disown them, that makes no sense to me.

jennette h.....I did not write the bible I only believe in it. I was asking why try to put God's Amen on something he tells you not to do? if anyone wants to reject it's teaching thats their free will, but lets not twist it to suit our selfs.

no, if someone's bisexual, it means they're bisexual, not gay.
and no, that's not a choice either.
trust me, i know :)
edit: no, just sleeping with the same sex doesn't make you gay. homosexuality and bisexualism has NOTHING to do with sex. it's about attraction, emotional as well as physical. gay people are attracted (both physically and emotionally) to people of the same gender, while bisexual people are attracted to people of both genders.
if i bisexual person is in a relationship with someone of the same sex, that doesn't make them gay. it merely makes them a bisexual person who is in a same-sex relationship.
hope that cleared that up.

Bisexual people are attracted to both genders.
Gay people are attracted to their own gender.
While there is some similarity, they are not the same. Bisexual people have a choice which gender to go out with or settle down with, but they do not have a choice to BE bisexual or not.
The Bible is not the final word for all Christians, and there are many interpretations on what those passages mean. There are many Christians who support infant baptism and many who do not, based on their interpretation of the scriptures. You have the option to attend a church that does not accept homosexuality if you want, or you can attend one that finds homosexuality wholly compatible with the scriptures.

First of all, if the world lived by everything that was biblically correct we'd be stoning women in the streets for adultery and walking into churches while they were menstruating. There are quite a few laws that the vast majority of Christians don't bother with. Why is this one the one that sticks up so many people's noses? When last I checked no one was turning the world inside out trying to get legislation through that would make drinking illegal, or working on Sundays or Saturdays.
If someone has searched their heart, and prayed about their sexuality and believes that God is okay with what they are doing, then how can you tell them that they are wrong. God did not say this to them. If your only proof of this is something written in the bible with all those other laws that no one cares about then you don't really have much of an argument. Certainly not enough for someone to turn themselves inside out trying to please you or people like you. As for God, if through their own prayer and talks with God THEY feel they are pleasing him who are you to say they aren't.
And for the umpteenth-bazillionth time...not every Christian is a biblical literalist. Your belief is yours, that doesn't mean that we all share it.
And for the record most try to tell you that God thinks that they are okay because so many "bible believing" Christians tell them that they are misguided and going to hell. They probably get tired of hearing it.
EDIT:
My point was, that it is your opinion that the interpretation of the bible that YOU adhere to is the only interpretation. That does not mean that every Christian adheres to that interpretation.
In other words there are those that DO NOT see in the bible that God hates homosexuality any more than God hates women in church with no hats, or men entering a church after they've had sex with their menstruating wives.
So, your belief that God hates homosexuality is just as false to them as their belief that God is happy with who and what they are is false to you.

No, Bisexual is not the same as homosexual.
Homosexual=Attracted to the same sex only.
Bisexual=Attracted to BOTH the same sex and opposite sex.
Heterosexual=Attracted to the opposite sex only.
Bisexual is kind of like in between the two.
It's not a choice. You cannot choose your sexual orientation. You're a straight woman right? Can you choose to be attracted to women? Go ahead and see if you can.
Now, I am bisexual. Do I have a choice in which gender I choose to date? Yes, I could limit myself to only dating men but that would not stop me from being attracted to women. It wouldn't change my sexual orientation. And in fact, I'd be cutting off my nose to spite my face because I lean more towards the other end of the Kinsey scale, I'm primarily attracted to women.

The Bible makes it clear that things like hating and judging are wrong too, but straight fundamentalist Christians like to zero in on the things they are pretty sure they are not going to do.
Sexuality is a continuum, not an either/or. Most people entertain some fantasies at some time in their lives, and the Bible does say that sins are sins in THOUGHT, WORD AND DEED. "Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him." I have never read that about homosexuality or bisexuality. Have you?

what will you do if you have a child who is gay?
will they ever be able to tell you about it?
or will they be afraid that you wont love them?
anyways doesnt your bible tell you to get the beam
out of your own eye
before you try to get the splinter out of your brothers
and he who is without sin may cast the first stone
and judge not lest ye be judged
or did you skip those parts?

Being bisexual means that you are sexually attracted to both sex. Just as being heterosexual means you are attracted to the opposite sex, and homosexual means you are attracted to the same sex.
People don't choose to be bisexual, just like they don't choose to be heterosexual or homosexual. No one chooses who they fall in love with.
