You didn't provide many details, but there are no "secret" payments at lease-end other than a disposition fee (usually about $350) and any charges for excess miles or damage. However, it appears your estimation of the lease-end residual value is a little too optimistic at 50% for a 42 month lease. It's going to be more like 40%. All in all, though, it does appear to be a good deal.

As long as I don't have to sign any contracts that I have to be tactful. I'm fine with all the other conditions. always as nice as I can be when giving a blunt answer... and laughter comes first always.
