you get a little privacy icon down at the bottom of your computer by the internet logo and then when you try to answer the person's questions they say you cannot answer right now.

yeah. the first person that blocked me (or well, the only person I know who has blocked me cause I couldn't answer their question)....I didn't even know who they were.

No, the only people who have blocked me are the ones who I've previously called out on their silliness and gross misrepresentations of people. The only ones I know of, anyway,

I have received messages from angry persons whose question, or what question, I don't remember answering, even if its only an hour back.
