I'm in the middle of a diet. I lost 30 lbs. and I still have 90 more to go. Dad and I are going to the county fair tomorrow so....
....how would I go about eating smart at a county fair (where one could get a heart attack just by looking at the food) while enjoying myself? How should I eat? Should I split fried foods with my dad (something I was considering since we opted to sample "fried rattlesnake" together)?
I'm completely anal about counting calories and nutritional info isn't always there at the food stands; it's practically non-existent.
No smart aleck answers, please.
