It would keep it lovely. So you might be paler than your friends who are sun worshippers, but just imagine what they will look like when they're in their 50's and 60's. Staying out of the sun means you won't have broken capillaries, ugly brown age spots, red blotches, wrinkles, and oh yes, skin cancer. Just be sure to get your vitamin D through your diet and/or supplements.

It's not really bad for your skin, its definitely better than getting too much sun, but you do need vitamin D which you do get from the sun. Try to aim for a good balance between gettign enough and getting too much sun.

Keep it from aging quickly. Too much sun and you get lots of wrinkles. Wear sunscreen everyday.
