if you have been friends with a girl and then you go out, is it aqward? because my bf and I have been friends for a while ( not like really close or anything ) and he doesnt seem to feel that comfortable around me anymore. Is he shy? or is that just the way some guys are. And one more question....do you like it when a girl calls you or do you prefer to call them? And if you dont does that mean you dont like that girl?

no it is not awkward, in fact thats how my relationship at the moment started. somewhat friends to friends to really good friends to bf and gf and i really feel like this is how a relationship should be, its much better this way <3 = ) i personally like it when a girl calls me because that lets me know that she has interest in me and can't wait for me to call her <3 no we might just not call because we're so infused with liking you that our train of thought has gone and we dont know what to say but we know it has to be perfect because your the perfect girl for us = ) good luck, now go catch his heart ;)

not shy but dont really know what to do for u to make u happy he knows u and have done things for u befor cause he was ur friend now u r seeing each othere and now its a whole new ball park for him. yes i like girls to call me that way i know they r in to me but in the same breath don't call for nothing that makes us made as hell

I know this was for guys and everything but I am still going to answer.
Whenever I started going out with my best guy-friend it felt soooo wrong! I dont know if that is just me, or if it is a natural reaction whenever dating your best friend?
Just try talking to him (yeah yeah, I know that sounds corny but it sometimes works for some girls).

He might be just trying to ajust. I like them to make an effort once in a while and give me a call. If i don't call all the time it doesn't mean i don't like them i might just be busy or I don't want to bother her, but eventually i will call if i like her.

Its' cool when the girl calls makes anybody happy to get a phone call he's probably scared of scaring you off. trying to play it cool

It's the right way to go about it, IMO. Yes, shyness, probably.
Calls are liked, but usually wait for them to call you.

i like when a girl calls me ..... coz i feel special and i feel like i mean something to her.. so i would say it you really like the guy and think that he will appriciate your choice and respect you so i would say to call him.. good luck.
