I would say that Sumire`s answer is the best. That`s what my Japanese husband said to me.
It`s "you are holding my heart" (meaning like my heart is in your hands/ you have all my love)
btw...it is a REALLY serious thing to say. He`s only said it to me once (maybe twice) and we`ve been together for 9 years.

(some particles dont really have any full meanings)
