i need a recipe with broccli carrots cucumber celery and no not a salad plz help

boil the carrots and celery cover them with cream and cheese and then bake them in the oven until it forms a crusty layer on top. you could also make cold cucumber soup!

Cucumbers are generally not heated excetpt in some Asian dishes. So it's pretty hard to find a "normal" dish w/ all o fthose that is not a salad.

Maybe create a casserole w/ cream of chicken soup and all of those ingredients whomped together. Top w/ ritz cracker crumbs and bake.

Kumquat Salad
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
5 ounces mixed baby greens
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 carrot, julienned
1/2 cub thinly sliced cucumber
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup cauliflower florets
1 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 ounces grated Asiago cheese
3 ounces pine nuts
4 ounces kumquats - rinsed, seeded and sliced
DIRECTIONS
To prepare the dressing, place extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, and pepper in a small container with a lid. Shake well to blend.
In a medium bowl, toss together baby salad greens, green onions, celery, carrot, broccoli, and cauliflower. Sprinkle avocado with lemon juice, and toss into the mixture. Sprinkle mixture with Asiago cheese and pine nuts. Toss in kumquats. Serve with the olive oil dressing.

COOL VEGGIE PIZZA

2 cans refrigerator crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. dill weed

TOPPINGS:

Zucchini
Mush rooms
Green peppers
Red peppers
Green onion
Red onion
Cucumbers (drain)
Olives (black or green)
Broccoli
Carrots
Celery
Radishe s

Finely chop the above vegetables in amounts you prefer.
Spread roll dough on pizza pan. Pinch seams together. Bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown. Remove from oven and cool completely. Blend cream cheese, mayo and dill weed. Spread over cold crust. Top with vegetables of your choice in circular pattern. Slice into 16 slices.

VEGGIE BARS

2 pkgs. crescent rolls
1 bunch broccoli
Cauliflower
1 cucumber
2 stalks celery
1 sm. onion
2 sm. carrots
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
Cheddar cheese, grated

Spread crescent rolls out into large cookie pan and bake 10 minutes. Cool. Mix together dressing, Miracle Whip and cream cheese. Spread onto crescent rolls. Grate or put through food processor all vegetables. Spread over filling. Top with cheese.
