I have been getting headaches every single day. I have no clue if it is because I am not getting enough rest (I stay up real late), I also tend to skip lunch (not intentionally) but that has never bothered me before??? My headahes also respond to weather changes. They are not serious headaches though, just ones that slightly hurt and can be gotten rid of easily.

My sister had the same type of problems when she was younger, and it got worse after she was in a car accident. She started going to a chiropractor regularly, and she says it has helped a lot. I don't know what he does, because I have never gone to one, nor care to. But I know that they do help a lot of people.

You might also want to go to bed earlier, or take a "power nap", and eat regular, healthy meals. Both lack of sleep, and unhealthy eating habits can cause headaches. If none of these work, you need to visit your doctor, to make sure it's nothing serious.

since you said they respond to weather changes it sounds like sinus problems. you can try the over the counter claritin or go to the Dr for one of the others meds like allegra. I also suggest the chiropractor. your spine affects your entire body.
