You can't just take and pull a phrase out of context in Chinese and expect someone to translate it as it was meant to be understood. Context is half of the whole when speaking Chinese, it is a very vague language.
That said: wang le ni. 望了你.literally means "forgot you." this is where the context is so important.
If it is in a song it or a poem it could mean "I am forgetting you." or "I am going to forget you." or "I have forgotten you." But we don't know who is talking about whom here because there is no subject only the object 'ni' which means you. Simply "wang le." is like saying "forgot it."
If someone said it to you directly it could be a very strong command form telling you to forget something. Or else they may not like you anymore.

Wang Liang is an elf or a sprite or fairy.. Maybe the person is saying you are an elf... who knows....
