Wear very light cotton clothing. Take aspirin or tylenol as directions state, and drink liquids constantly. Have some one get you Ginger tablets (available wherever vitamins and supplements are sold), they will stop nausea very quickly. Just take one or two tablets and in 15 minutes, complete relief. If your fever increases at all, take a lukewarm shower or bath and stay in as long as you can. No blankets on yo till the fever is way down. Also popcicles, jello, broth, anything clear liquid will keep you well hydrated. Hope you feel better very soon!

I would try to drink PLENTY of water so you dont dehydrate yourself if you do vomit. Maybe even some 7 up or sprite to calm your tummy. Avoid Dairy if you do vomit except for yogurt with Acidopholus in it....this calms your stomach aches and helps fight the bad bacteria. Also get a lot of rest for the next 12-14 hours, and take some tylenol pain killers..it will help reduce the fever. Lay around and take it easy!! Seek medical help if the temp gets any higher or doesnt go down after a couple hours after taking some tylenol or pain & fever pills.
