I know rest is what makes your muscles grow but im not to sure on how many days to give my body rest???

body needs at least one day a week for rest.
never work on the same muscle group two days in a row.

It depends on what results you want. If you want to have huge, bulging muscles, you need to have a fair few breaks during the week, around 3-4 days rest. If you want to be strong but not "rig" then 1-2 days rest is sufficient. It also depends on what training you are doing.

one day a week is good. two days if u are very sore. but one should be plenty
