I discovered the booklet to be very informative and handy to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm no longer sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however most of the time) and doing little or no pastime, however the weight continues flying off. It naturally works and if I'd adopted it precisely I consider it could scare the dwelling daylights out of me considering the fact that of the volume that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the knowledge. I've certainly not bought some thing like this earlier than considering the fact that they're as a rule filled with trash, however 3WD has been a excellent shock. Get began in these days!

I've lost 17 lbs since January. I'm 5'2" and now weigh 145 (which is heavy by BMI, but I'm a dense person, and since I'm wearing a size 6 now, I'm pretty sure I'm pretty fit).

After years of wanting to lose the weight, I finally decided I was ready to put talk into action on New Year's Day. I started a Master Cleanse on Jan 2nd (www.thelemonadediet.com), which I followed for 10 days. I lost 12 lbs over those 10 days, my seasonal allergies went and stayed away, and my skin and hair looked like it had when I was a toddler (no joke). The cleanse itself is not a simple undertaking, but I had finally found the right combination of determination and dedication to follow through on the "I have to lose weight" promises.

One thing that the cleanse definitely did was inspire a desire for healthier eating. I was energized by the weight I had already lost, and started to realize that being thinner felt way better than any of the foods I used to indulge in tasted. I have always been a fairly active person, so for me the key to weightloss really is in food. I committed to hitting the gym 3x a week, and was encouraged by how much easier the workout became once some of the weight was already off.

At this point it's become more of an intellectual exercise. If I find myself tempted by something, I think about the work I've done already, and how much better I'm feeling, and then weight that vs. the taste of that item. I almost always can walk away from whatever the temptation was.

Not to reiterate, but the turning point for me was really the moment when I decided to do something, whatever I could, to finally lose the weight. I had said to myself enough times "you need to lose weight, you're going to lose weight, etc," but when push came to shove I always fell right back in my old bad habits. I finally came to a place where I knew it was going to suck, and was going to be hard, but I was going to do it.

Good luck to you - I know that it seems daunting, but there is a place inside you that knows exactly what you need to do to lose the weight...it's just getting yourself in a place where you can listen to that and do what it's telling you. You can do it!

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.getin2it.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Well im 24 years old, 6 ft tall and i have lost about 40lbs in about a year or less. I put this together - its what i have followed and still do
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
