Toners w/ salicylic acid promote exfoliation so pores don't get clogged. (e.g. Neutrogena Pore Refining Toner)
Home remedies: Milk of Magnesia mask - apply in thin layer where needed & allow to dry 5-10 mins. Will absorb oil & tighten pores.
You can crush up 6 plain, uncoated aspirin tablets and mix it w/ a little water to make mask. Or mix half a teaspoon of crushed uncoated aspirin tablets with Queen Helene Mint Julep mask or aloe vera gel to use as a mask. Apply a thin layer to your face & let dry for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off w/ cool water.
Homemade mask recipe:
1/3 cup plain whole milk yogurt, 2 tbsp. honey & a bit of ground oatmeal. Apply a layer & leave it on for 10 mins. Rinse off w/ tepid water.
Yogurt - loosens dead skin cells
Honey - humectant w/ anti-bacterial properties
Oatmeal - optional; soothes & helps remove dry skin

ok toner tightens temporarily as does cold water. the truth is they they are streched out cant go back. the only way to achieve smaller pores is to get microdermabrasion, depending on the severity you may need more than one session. but this will reveal new skin and a new pore shape thats unstreched.
