I see life as a series of trade-offs:
I didn't finish college the first time but I have a good husband and 2 wonderful kids.
I have some relationships that no longer exist, but others that have strengthened considerably.
For each negative choice I made there has been some positive aspect that balances it.
This doesn't mean I don't regret, I do. But I have learned, changed, and grown from these experiences.
One thing I would change without hesitation? I'd have told those close to me who are now gone that I loved them more often.

No because I think that a lot of the things we do in life happen for a reason. And although I've had my heart broken which caused a lot of pain, it was worth it. And the relationship taught me things. And although in high school I didn't study as hard as I should have, it took me places that I'm glad I went. Not being the smartest, or the coolest, or the prettiest isn't always a bad thing. Living life the way you want and making mistakes here and there is what reminds you that you're alive. I wouldn't change anything.

Yes there's a lot of things I would have done different.
I would change my previous religion and *ahem* errr... political affiliation. I would change ever having gotten married, that was a mistake. I would have gotten a degree in what I was really interested in in college instead of letting people talk me out of it. I would would have taken more risks and spent more time with loved ones who are not here anymore. That last part is my greatest regret, not having spent more time with loved ones.
But then again, I have learned a lot from everything I have been through and I think its made me a better person, or at least so I hope.

The one thing I would want to change would not even be changeable if I went back so it would be pointless (I can't have children). Going through all the experiences I have up until this point have shaped the person I am and I am happy with whom I've become. I am able to love and am well-loved in return; who could want more.

I often say that I have no regrets.
I never would have been in my motorcycle accident.
I never would have eaten those chili-cheese dogs the night before I met the most beautiful woman on the planet.
Yeah, I would avoid some disasters, if I could.
Overall, I came out to be a good guy, and I'm kinda proud of that.
You are everything that you have been exposed too, and I'm pretty lucky.

If I could go back in time and change things, I would never have been away from God.
I know God has forgiven me and all, I just personally hate the thought of all of that wasted time. Still God really does work all things together for our good and His glory. Praise Him for that.

Yes I would, in a heart beat. I would not have gotton married when I was 18, for that matter I would have NEVER dated my ex. I would like to think that I would have figured out that I deserved to follow my dreams too, and I would not have found myself in a horriable relationship that haunts me today. But I have to say also, that I do have a wonderful life, a beautiful daughter and laughter comes easy. I would like a few years back, get to my goals sooner.

Yes. I would've gone to a diverse university rather than a small college. I wouldn't have dated the jerk I did in college.
I would not have bought into having possessions and traveled instead.
I wouldn't rely on other's opinions and believe in myself.
I wouldn't look for love and fulfillment outside of myself.

If you mean in religion; I'm not sure. I have yet to determine my religion; I've picked up a few qualities of each. I know that I will not return to being a Lutheran; but that's about all I know.
