Do I suck?
I currently have 85 in taxable income, Have 3 Rental Homes, and 120 in the stock market and 30 in Cash. Real Estate is valued over 700k. I am only 24? I heard lots of 24 year olds are already making 80k and bigger salaries is this true? Do I suck? Are my assests competive or am I poor?

Your doing great, you aint' Rockefeller, but you are doing great. My only concern is a huge downturn in real estate could really hurt you (hopefully those properties are cash flow positive), but you gotta risk something and I think you are on the best track.

Even if your salary is not the very tops, your entrepeneurialism (is that even a word) puts you ahead of most people, even many (or the great majority) of those making more. Keep it up, and best luck.

PS - The guy who said all debt sucks has apparently never had to buy a piece of real estate. Debt is great when used correclty.

Um, you're doing Ok. When I was 24, I was lucky to have a dollar in my pocket. Just hold onto the real estate, if you can.
By the way, who are you competing with?

I am 22, paying rent, have $40 in my bank account, less than about 23 in taxable income. And your wondering if you suck? I think you are doing very well!

Keep going the way you are you will be very rich, you definately don't suck! to save your self esteem compare yourself to people like me and maybe not bill gates coz compared to him you suck.
