Muslims, Jews, and Christians share many beliefs.
Though, to me at least, Christians and Muslims are closest. They're both pushy, stubborn, and nutty as fruitcakes when they form mobs.

Quite. Of course, the religion of Islam was partially based on Judaism, so it's not suprising that there should be some similarities.

One thing I've noticed is that the issues Muslims face today are similar to the things Jews had to deal with in previous years. For instance, Jews used have have problems with wearing yarmulkes to work and school; now they're trying to ban Muslim ladies from wearing headscarves. Kosher food has become widespread; now halal is becoming more common.

I find that all religions share a lot of beleifs that if they focused on those instead of the very small differences the world would be a lot better. I feel most theological differences are silly if you llok at them. " I think god lives in sky." person 1
" No you fool he lives in the ocean!" person 2. Really does that really matter? Isn't more important that we look at what it's teaching us be kind to each other and the other fundamentals

Halal and kosher, sharia and halachah, strict unitary monotheism, and a merit (Christians would say "works based") based soteriology.

Yes, there actually is quite a lot in common.

Kind of like the way Christians and Jews have a lot of similarities, I guess. Also, a lot like the way Christians and Muslims have a lot of similarities.

You know, cause they are all the religions of Abraham and stuff...duh

They follow religions that come from the same source. So yes. The Koran is an outgrowth of the Old Testament.

Human beings which Christ came to redeem.
Same background- belief in Abraham, the Father of Faith- He believed God, and it was counted unto him as righteousness, with the promise that the messiah would come to seal this, and take him to heaven when he died and when there was the second coming, Christ would give him a new body.
Traditions of man-
who need a heart attitude change, which the Holy Spirit promised at Pentecost would give.

Of course... they're cousins of beliefs.

In other words, all tree religions (Islam, Judaism, and Christianity) come from the same source, and carry the same message, it's just that each religion has taken a diverge way.

Hope that helps.

Peace.

If you investigate different religions, you'll find we're all a lot more alike than we are different.

But Islam, Judaism, and Christianity are all Abrahamic faiths, so you will definitely find similarities!!!
