Green leafy vegetables. fish, and fruits such as blueberries.

The previous answer was correct about rice, but white rice has alot of carbs and need to be burned off.

Any food will speed up your metabolism if you eat very small amounts every 2 to 3 hours.

I think the difference is probably negligible, but I've read that hot (spicy) foods speed it up temporarily.

try foods with lots of protien, they will help give you more energy and help burn more fat and cals. trail mixes that contain nuts are great for energy
