We're getting married in November & want to go golfing & deep sea fishing. Any ideas, anyone? We'd like to keep it under 5000.00 & we have 11 days to burn. Thanks for your help.

You need to check out the Omni at Champion's Gate in Orlando. Great Golf Courses all around plus it is less than 1 hour to either coast, you might also consider shallow water inshore fishing for Reds in the Indian River/Mosquito Lagoon.

I go golfing here alot, and I learned there is huge difference between the things online and the local publications. There are like 40 local golf courses I never knew about, and I know all the prices. My advice is to get a contact from Florida, and see if you get some of the local magazines, or just go there and pick up them up yourself, you will save alot of money that way. Me and my dad went deep water sea fishing years ago, before he had internet. I think he got a good deal by checking out the local ads when we got there. Florida knows they have tons of tourists, so they all put their ads in the local papers to compete. You may spend more if you try to pre-plan it on the internet. Have a wonderful time, sounds like a lot of fun!

Go to either Ft.Lauderdale or Miami, stay at a hotel on the beach there are alot of great golf courses in that area. Ft. Lauderdale will probably be a little cheaper and a little less crazier.

we went to Weston, FL. it somewhat is precise next to ft. Lauderdale. we used my mom's time-proportion, so i'm not specific of expenses, yet we went to Miami for the day, and stayed at a inn. useful place.

Maybe the Keys - found this place (although there are alot of great resorts/hotels there) - looks great. Congratulations.
