I'm in charge of the "gonna go to fish grunion @ night" day. The only problem, where can i go? I know its at the beach. but WHAT BEACH!!!!!!!!!! HELPPPPPPPPP PLEASSSEEEE!!!!

I believe that any beach. I went to Topanga.

Do a "Yahoo" search of "Grunion Hunting". Scroll down to the 4th item "The Amazing Grunion". It is the website of the California Dept. of Fish & Game. It gives you everything you will ever need to know about Grunion hunting, includes a list of Times and Locations.

Sas, I have never done it myself but thought the area from San Pedro-Long Beach to Seal Beach was the area where it was ?????

....you're not going to find them this time of year..they are normally spawning around the fall....look on line but no grunion around here & I'm at an OC beach. We had 'red tide' a few weeks ago, but that's gone too....just surfers & lots of bikinis..............no grunion............sorry....
