Being a woman I would pick them up, gave them heck and see if I could drive them to their homes or to somewhere safe.......
Done it numerous times
Young girls believe they are safe by going with another girl I only wish they would understand how UNSAFE they are and
then they would live to age 13 but at that age they know best
and it keeps on happening day after day, year after year
There are so many nut cases out there, just waiting and watching for girls hitch-hiking at least I saved a few from I don't know what but they were lucky it was me and not
a Ted Bundy.............or other monsters.
They should also watch out for older girls who befriend them and take them to who knows where
Yound girls should never hitch-hike!!!! Even in pairs !!!

I would be dismayed totally. I'm not allowed to pick up hitch-hikers(my husband) . We had a man who's now in gaol for life, pick up hitch-hikers and take them to a forest and kill them after doing upspeakable things to them.
I've warned all my children about the dangers of hitching rides and none do it. 12 yr old girls,my, how dangerous is that! I wonder if the parents knew what their little darlings were doing.

I would call the cops. There are a lot of sick people out there that will take advantage of this type of situation. Plus they could be run aways and have parents sitting at home wondering were their babies are and making themselves sick over the could bes.

I'd be shocked that children so young are doing that. Then I would wonder where there parents are and what the hell are they doing walking around by themselves at that age unsupervised! There is no way I'd let my 12 year old go walking the streets by herself!

If I could drive I would offer to lend them my cell to call their parents. And then I would wait with them until their parents came and then tell them and their parents how dangerous that is.
Did you really see two 12 year old girls hitch hiking??

Poor thing is probably trying to escape from child abuse.
A young kid with a stable home life with balanced real love does not seek to depart from it.

I would be turned off by this sight, but would just leave them alone to sink or swim. Sumner Redstone is perverting more kids than I can save. He needs to be behind bars. How many more lives will be destroyed because of this old pervert?

I'd feel sorry for them and wonder where the kids' parents are at and wonder why the kids are hitchhiking along the highway where they can get abducted and raped and killed.

I wouldn't stop directly in front of them, because I usually have my kids in the car. I would stop at a gas station or something and call the police.
