Look for the exact same car on line as if you were trying to buy it, and see what it's selling for.

It mostly depends on what physical and mechanical condition the car is in. This plays the main factor point. If the car is in good condition, you may be able to get a good price out of it. If the car is in poor condition, the value of the car will also decrease. I am not sure of the book value of your Mazda. Check KBB or any other places for your price. I would check around as well and see what other people are asking for a car like this. This will give you a range to work with and you can set the price at what you would like. I have a similar car and you probally are not going to get any more than $2,000 and that is only if you do a private sale. The high mileage and it being a Mazda hurt the value. Also, dealerships won't give you hardly anything if you attempt to trade in.

What ever you can get! They are so famous for transmissions. The book value arent that much.

I would have to say about 3,500 even though Mazda sucks and i hate it
