Salads travel well and can be made the previous day if you stick to this rule: the dry stuff has to stay dry. Do one baggie or Gladware box of the dry things -- lettuce, carrots, etc. Make sure the lettuce is dry: a salad spinner is great.
Now do another container of the wet things -- sliced tomatoes, orange slices, tuna, chicken, beans. And keep the dressing apart from everything until lunchtime.

Get an insulated lunch box, then get blue ice that you can freeze the night before so your food stays cold.
The V-8 juice for the drink.
Sandwich using mustard instead of Mayo lettuce and tomatoes kept separate.until ready to eat.
baked chips with no salt. or cherry tomatoes or baby carrots
then fresh apples, oranges peaches plums, bananas etc. instead of candy or cake etc.

Frozen dinners, unless you are against that. Umm... Slimfast shakes and meal-on-the-go bars are very good. I love the Chocolate shakes and the chocolate cookie dough bars.
