Boil some eggs the night before. Use some bagged lettuce. Keep a bottle of dressing in the refrigerator. Some grilled leftover chicken from the night before sliced into it would be great. I realize that it wouldn't be freshly cooked but it wouldn't need to be reheated if that's the taste that bothers you.

Another choice is a veggie and hummus wrap. Buy some wraps, a container of hummus (or make some early in the week-get the recipes at allrecipes.com), spread the hummus on the wrap, add some fresh shredded sprouts, carrots, lettuce, onions, whatever...roll it up and you have a nutritious, fresh-tasting meal. MMMMMMmmm. I'm hungry!

Pack yourself salads or stuff for a wrap.

You can make some great tasting wraps at work with stuff you pack and bring with you. If you have a fridge in your office, just keep a package of wraps (the flavored ones are great!), some sliced cheese, deli meats if you like them, your favorite vege's, and a bottle of mustard or mayo, or your favorite salad dressing. When you get your lunch break, you can build your wrap, and nothing will be soggy from sitting around for hours on end.

Reconsider your stance against microwaves. The evidence against them is shaky at best.

That being said, pasta salads are good cold.

you could buy those Cambells Soup to go things, I had one before, it was good and quick! All you have to do is pop it in the microwave.

:) Hope that helps!

Go to a nearby restaraunt if you can. If not you will have to fix something for yourself the evening before.
