Didnt work for me. It seemed like it did for a few months, it slowed down my acne .. and then I guess my skin got used to it and it stopped.
Went to a dermatologist and told him that I used to use Proactiv and he said I might as well just used Clearasil -- has the SAME about of BP or something as proactiv. The thing is, all that BP is mixed up in the bottles .. so if it SEEMS like it has alot of BP (Benzil peroxide) in it .. you arent getting that amount when you squeeze it on your hand and onto your face. Everytime you do that you're getting a fraction of what it says on the bottle.
I started using Biore Ice Cleanser, Triple Action Astringent (both with 2% sylic acid) and their Lightweight Moisturizer:

Worked WONDERS for my skin!
If your skin is bad I suggest going to a dermatologist. My acne is gone but I still have an occasional outbreak so my Derm. put me on Duac. My sister has been on Differin and Retin-A. So he may prescribe one of those, depending on your skin.
Everyone's skin is different. So only you can say if it works for you. I wouldnt waste my money though -- try the Clearisil Acne Regime (look on CVS.com for it) .. that would work JUST the same.
Hope that helps!

I work with someone who swears by it! And I can honestly say, it works (at least for him!).
Before he started using Proactive, he had seriously bad acne. Now though, his face is clear, and he's been using it for months. Yes, he does get the occasional zits here and there, but for the most part, his face is super clear. He loves the stuff.
If you are unsure about the product, find a dealer (sometimes they are in the kiosks in the malls now) and ask them if you can return the product for a full refund if you don't like it. A lot of times they'll let you do that within a certain time period. It doesn't hurt to ask, and you'll get a cushion of satisfaction if they offer to give you a full refund if you don't like the product.

My sister have tried this for 1 month it worked very well. After that it just stopped she also told me that many of her friends try that before it worked for couple months and stopped. Maybe you have different skin that play huge difference when it comes with those creams. I would tried if I was you it might work for you you never know about those things.
Good luck
