Actually, no! Video Rentals destroyed the Drive-Ins

Its cheaper to stay at home, with a better quality sound system, and adequate lighting and in the relative safety of your home, then brave the elements for poor quality sound, (this was before they started to broadcast on FM stations), and the mercy of the weather. Plus, enduring long lines at the food stands.

I wish you well...

please don't blame God for everything bad that happens. "God had a reason for closing the drive-in" NO NO NO......God loved the drive-in just like everyone else! he didn't have to concentrate on staring through walls to see his favorite films! The drive-in closed because they didn't charge $10 for a small pepsi that was 3/4 ice. They missed the gravy train and just plan ran out of money!

well, destroying the drive in shouldn't affect your car though? Unless it was at the drive in when it was destroyed....

but I do wish there was a drive in around here. We haven't had one since...before I was born I guess.

DVDs and HBO did

But I go HERE http://www.bluefoxdrivein.com/

They even play the National Anthem before the movie starts and have cartoons before. It's like time travel!
