If you really like both equally, think about which one you might do better in. Volleyball is a team sport, are you ready to face the consquences of somebody else holding your fate? Which one would you miss the most if you didn't do? Walk around with the idea of doing one of them in your head, and see how you feel once you've walked in those shoes.
Also, try asking this in a more generic topic, so you don't get the volleyball bias, and you will have more answers to choose from.

That IS tough but you really just have to go with instinct. If you truly love volleyball more, then do it. You can always run and get hurdles on your own if you enjoy track like that, volleyball is a little harder since it requires a team. If you're big on college and all that, since you're already into track and believe you can succeed in it, colleges would like if you stuck to one thing for a long time rather than a whole bunch of things for short times so pick one and stick with it. You still have time since you'll only be a sophomore I'm assuming. It can go either way. Search around your town for gyms, YMCA's, places like that that might have open volleyball for you to play. Yu might find you like doing one more as a hobby and like the competition for one of the sports better. It just comes down to what you enjoy the most. Don't think about anything else, just do what you feel you would have the best time at. Boys volleyball tends to be very competetive and if you aren't as tall as other boys or don't have the jump you're probably going to have a hard time getting a spot on the floor and things like that and since you have track experience under your belt, you might want to just stick with that unless you truly believe you'd be an asset to your team which I don't doubt at all so try finding somewhere to play volleyball and see how you feel about it and about yourself and playing and go from there.

I love volleyball and I don't like track becasue I can run but im gonna be reasonable in this situtaion. You have already done Track so try Volleyball plus if it has never had a boys volleyball team then you can be a part of the first ever Whatever your school's naem volleyball team and then people will look back into it. And you said you are also good. And if you can manage both then you should do both but htis year try Volleyball. Hope you have a great year doingwhich ever sport you choose! :}

If you love volleyball, play volleyball. And then talk with the track and field coach to see if the coach will let you work out with them part time and participate on days when you do not have volleyball. I had a similar situation with soccer and a class in college. I signed up for a class and they decided to move it right into the middle of the soccer practice. I told the professor that I had soccer and we worked out a deal. I would teach myself the class and do the homework until the end of the soccer season. I would show up for the only test during the season, missing only one practice. I would attend all classes after the season was over. The professor and the coach agreed.
Try talking with both coaches and see what can be worked out. You may be able to play volleyball full time and track and field part time.

i run track and play volleyball, but im a girl so our season is in the fall so i can still run track. do what ever is your passion, and like the previous answer, make a list. it would help, but still do what you are better at and what is your passion. that is a tough desisicion. i really dont have any advice other than that. im sorry, and i feel for youwhen choosing between sports. ive done it in hte past and will have to do it again. i hope this helps, and good luck with your chioce. have fun in the spring.

Usually monitor is a spring game and women' volleyball is within the fall. So that could imply you would ordinarily be a cheerleader for the basketball season. If you rather felt formidable, you would even desire to cheer within the fall too for the duration of volleyball season (on the soccer video games), however I do not know if that is allowed or no longer.

Sign up for Track and Field for your sophomore year. In your junior and senior years in high school, sign up for Volleyball.

That's a tough one.
I think you should stick with track; and see if the volleyball team sucks without you. Then you could show up the next season and kick butt. ^.^

personally i love track but if you like volleyball better..you should most definately do it. dont just do something because you think you'll benefit the team, do it because you love it.
