Are you kidding me ! You're 12 and you're wanting to lose weight ! Enjoy your youth, hang with your friends, play sports and be a kid ! You'll have plenty of time for worrying when you become an adult !

America is too obsessed with being thin ! Thin isn't healthy at all and neither is obesity but at your age, you'll start to lose weight as you get become a teenager and get involved with activities.

iam 14 and iam 5'6 and i weight 119 and i almost have a six pack... just watch what you eat and do sit ups and play sports
