Easy Buttercream Icing
6 tablespoons butter, softened (no substitutions)
3 tablespoons whipping cream, unwhipped (35%)
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups confectioners' sugar
food coloring (optional)
In a bowl, beat together the butter, whipping cream and vanilla until smooth (about 3 minutes).
Add in confectioners sugar; beat very well until smooth, adding more if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
Note: In order for the icing to have a creamy texture, only whipping cream must be used.

here is a buttercream icing recipe, though i'm not sure if it's exactly like the Grands icing:
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons milk
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, shortening, and vanilla. Blend in the sugar, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the milk, and continue mixing until light and fluffy. Keep icing covered until ready to decorate.

Here ya go...it makes a generous portion of icing! Enough for 12 huge rolls!
Cream cheese icing for those 'clone' cinnabon rolls
1/2 c butter/margarine (1 stick)
1 8oz pkg of soft cream cheese
2-3 cups powder sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix together and slather over those warm cinnamon rolls! Enjoy!
