Write to the National Personnel Records Center and have your father's SS number ready and they will send you a complete service record of your father for a fee of $75.00. The address is:
MILITARY PERSONNEL RECORDS, 9700 Page Ave., St. Louis, MO 63132-5100.

For all others, your request is best made using a Standard Form 180. It includes complete instructions for preparing and submitting requests.
