if you fall and break your teeth is there any way that a dentist can fix them or do you have to use dentures the rest of your life

Yes,

If they are not broken, you have to put them back on within an hour. If you can't see a dentist within an hour, you have to put them on yourself.

If a dentist can see you quickly, it is best that he puts the tooth or teeth back on. Just leave them in your mouth so they can stay preserved in your saliva's proteins. You can also leave them in milk.

If your teeth fall out, you should place them in milk as soon as possible and take them with you to the dentist. Sometimes they can work with your real teeth, if its been awhile you will have to get some kind of false teeth.

If your teeth are broken, I don't think there's anything your dentist can do to them. You'll have to go with porcelain veneers or something else.

you may be able to do implants, talk to your dentist - honestly it depends on how much cash you have to spend.
