im 5'1 and i weigh about 109...im not fat but i want to get toned and lose atleast some fat so wat do i got to do ..like what types of exersize and wat to eat??

Swimming is the best cardio to do IMO. Keep your protein high with lean meats such as fish and chicken and of course keep fat, salt ,sugar, carbs and calories to all time low . What people fail to realize is exercising is only 20% of the work you have to do to reach your desired physique.

have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

work out a certain spot on ur body that will only work on that part of the muscle... trust me excersizing with equipments for toning is soooooo much better... and btw when u tone u get muscular and u gain weight b/c muscles weigh more than fat... and btw the biatch above me... dont listen her she wrote a dumbshiet comment on one of my questions too ;}
