I stay long time seated at the computer.

You can do what is called isometrics. They are great.
Also if your chair has arms, you can do push ups while sitting in your chair! just do a few every once in a while.
it really builds up your arms, shoulders and upper back.

Do not stay seated for more than 20 minutes at a time as you can develop deep vein thrombosis (major blood clots).
Just getting up and walking around will help the circulation and help prevent DVT.

Signs and symptoms of DVT are: an area on your leg warm or hot to touch, pain, fever, swelling, pin and needle feelings that do not stop.

Treatment: hospital time, IVs, anticoagulant injections in your stomach.
Can mean amputation of the leg affected.

They used to have those stationary bike pedals you set on the ground just like your riding a bike for like $20 or ab roller during break or Captains of Crush to work on your forearm and grip strength

Set a timer to go off every ninety minutes and get up and walk around. If you have time, walk to lunch.

yes, I do all kinds of things, like I do crunches (abs) - I bring my knees to my chest, I do bicep curls, wrist curls, triceps, you can scoot your chair back and forth, you can do lots of stretching, etc.
