I owe a bit of money to the tax collector,is it possible to make payment arrangments with them?any suggestions?

Call and ask. The worse they can say is no. If they do say no, keep sending payments to them anyway.

Depends. Which tax collector are you referring to? The IRS will let you set up a payment plan. Many local county or city tax collectors will not. If the tax isn't paid when due, they'll start the normal collection actions.

Yes they are more than willing to work with you just call and speak with them, you will be ale to set up an arrangement

call the tax man and tell them you need to make a plan to pay them , they will work with you
